Refund policy

• Dear Customer, we request you to kindly make an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us resolve any issues in case an item arrives damaged — we can offer a refund or exchange only against an unboxing video. Please note, claims for broken pieces without an unboxing video will not be accepted

• Custom orders can't be returned.

• If you are unsatisfied with an item for whatsoever reason, we will accept returns only if the product is returned within seven days of receiving in intact and unused condition.

• Buyer has to pay shipping to return the item back to us.

• Shipping and insurance charges paid at the time of placing the order, if any are non refundable.

• Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount for items with FREE SHIPPING.

• Refund will be given as Store Credit.

• Order once placed will not be cancelled.

• If there is any issue with regards to your product received, you need to notify our team within 7 days of receiving the product.
